Born on 31.08.1970 in Galilee Israel. Grew up in the Kibbutz - Ayelet Hashahar.
1988-1989: Year of Public Service - Instructor for delinquent youth at “Kedma” youth rehabilitation village.
1989-1993: An officer with the rank of lieutenant.
1994: Studies in philosophy and Judaism at the Oranim academy.
1994: Coordinating tuition and management for the 16 – 18 year old youth at Kibbutz Ayelet Hashahar.
1995-2000: B.A. from the Cinema and Television Faculty of the Tel Aviv University.
1997: finished my first documentary film “Aboud Bypass”, The film won the “Aliza Shagrir”prize, selected for the prestigious “Flaherty international Documentary Seminar”.
1998: I married with Dafi (Dafna Roded)
Since 1999: I made short documentary films for Television.
2000-2005: I`m leading Documentary script workshops in the Open University of Israel in the department of communications.
2000- 2002: moved to Rotterdam Holland by the end of 2001 started working for NIKMEDIA- National Dutch – Jewish broadcaster.
2002: moved back to Israel, finished “Going Dutch“ my first long Documentary the film won first prize at the documentary film contest of the Haifa International Film Festival.
2003-04: Lead filmmaking workshops for criminal youth at Kedma youth village, the films won prizes and let the student achieve high school graduation diploma.
2004-2005: Lead filmmaking workshops in Oranim collage for teachers, give curses in documentary film high-school teachers in cinema and communication.
2004-5:The Wandering Samaritan, 60-minute documentary film for NIKMEDIA Channel - Nederlands1 and R.A.I Italy. The film was premiered in the International Jewish film festival in Jerusalem and is now screened in theatres across Israel.
2005-6: Film in progress - "Where Home Is" 60-minute documentary film for NIKMEDIA Channel - Nederlands1 and ZDF Germany.
